Wild Harvest began life selling foraged wild food to fine dining restaurants around the UK over 20 years ago, working from a small workshop under a railway line in South London. Over the years we’ve grown to become one of the leading suppliers of foraged foods and we now distribute our wild produce from our warehouse in London’s New Covent Garden Market.

These days our buyers work closely with two professional foragers who are based in Devon and Scotland. These areas allow us to extend our seasonal offering throughout the year, as well as provide a wide variety of both land and sea vegetation. Our larger European network includes the prestigious area Urbani, where our stunning white and black truffles are hand-picked. We also hold delicate wild mushrooms, and an array of wild fruit, vegetables and herbs, that are sourced from all over the world. Once these fantastic foraged products are in our warehouse, we supply them to our discerning (and usually Michelin-starred) customers around the UK.

These wild products are highly seasonal and, due to their nature, availability fluctuates much more than a cultivated product. With this in mind, make sure you give our team a ring to find out what’s in season now, what’s coming into season soon, and what would work best on your menu.
