In keeping with recent food trends, we look to source new and exciting products, such as black and wild rice. We have great relationships with suppliers in Rungis which gives us an extensive range of rice and pulses to choose from. You’ll find a complete range of pulses from delicious dried borlotti, corona, cannellini, coco blanc and tarbais beans on our product list. We also stock the delicious Umbrian and Puy lentils that will add fantastic flavours to any dishes. Of course we supply a small range of superfood cereals, like our pearl, red, black and white quinoa, as well as the finest selection of bulgar wheat, couscous, yellow and white polenta and whole spelt cereals.
