Mushrooms
Girolles, Chanterelles, Pied de Mouton, Trompettes and South African Ceps are in season.

Truffles
Winter truffles are at their best.  Bianchetti (spring white truffles) have now started and are available for a limited season.

Seasonal Fruit & Vegetables
Alongside our year round essential produce lines, we are pleased to offer the following produce, in season and at their best.

- Fruits: Comice pears, Quinces, Blood oranges & Clementines. 

- Vegetables: Sea Kale, Barba di Frate, Jerusalem artichokes, Parsley root, Oca tuber, Candy beetroot, Golden beetroot.  Wild Garlic will be available soon. 

- New Range of Edible flowers: Apple Blossom, Blue Ocean, Dushi Buttons, Orchids, Oysterleaf, Pansies, Pinocchio Leaves, Sea Fennel, Shiso Purple & Green.

- New Range of Cresses: Astina, Basil, Chilli, Dulce mix, Ghoa, Lime, Sakura, Salicornia, Shiso, Affilia.
