Our range of wild fruits includes foraged elderberries, sloe berries, wild cherries and sea buckthorn; our wild vegetables includes wild garlic, wild leeks, Alexanders and pine shoots, as well as wild sea vegetables such as sea aster, sea purslane and sea beet; and our wild herbs includes meadowsweet and nettles, just to name a few. All of our foraged plants are grown out in the countryside and harvested by skilled foragers who are proficient at finding the best wild foods.
