Sosa Pastry Range
Based in Catalonia, SOSA is a leader in the pastry world, used by some of the world's pioneering chefs. Their approach toward cuisine is unusual and cutting edge, demonstrated by their fascinating selection of "textures" - the food additives processed from natural ingredients, which in a way, isolate and boost the texture modifier elements found in nature. Previously only available to manufacturing, these textures are now within the baker's and chef's reach, allowing previously unthinkable creative effects to be developed. The textures Sosa have chosen are based on two criterias: great texture power and a respect for the original flavour of the products. The use of this textures widens the creative possibilities of the cook and the baker, but it does not forget the primordial aim of gastronomy: to appeal, to surprise and to combine with the culinary tradition.
