We have extended in 2010 our Charcuterie range.
From Italy, we have brought Parma Ham, San Daniele Ham, Coppa & Speck. From Spain, the famous Pata Negra Ham, Serrano Ham & Chorizo are a must. France had to be represented with its famous Saucissons, Rosettes, Toulouse & Morteau Sausages & Andouille from Vire. Finally, the UK is contributing with a delicate Black Pudding.
