Chocolate is a very personal thing as it brings different emotions to individuals. Bitterness, acidity, fruitiness... vary a lot from one chocolate to another. To accommodate all palates, we have decided to work with three different chocolate makers: Amedei from Italy, Cocoa Barry and Weiss from France. They all have different techniques and "savoir faire" and results are amazing. Amedei Chuao and some single plantation from Barry are truly exceptional.
