Handmade in the Vale of Belvoir, on the border of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, our creamy blue Stilton wedges, with mellow sweet crumbly texture, are a fine example of Stilton at its best.

You should also try our Lincolnshire Poacher Farm,  a robust, full-flavoured hard cheese made from Holstein cow's milk on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Similar to Cheddar with a slightly open texture, and an award winner at both the British Cheese and World Cheese Awards.
