Wild Mushrooms & Truffles
Mushrooms: Ceps (Bolets), Morels, Chanterelles, Girolles, Mousserons, Trompettes, Pied de Mouton, Pied Bleu, Giant Puffball, Cauliflower Fungus (sparassis), Caesar and more – all sourced daily whilst in season and at their best. Our network of contacts around the world keeps us informed, giving you access to the best possible availability of wild mushrooms.
Truffles: Wild Harvest supplies the finest truffles in season including White Truffles from late September to March, and Black Perigord from November to early March. We also source all the other varieties such as Spring White (Bianchetta) Summer & Autumn Black Truffles, as well as high quality truffle oils.
