William Curley amazes with Amedei at Darlington Demonstration

Guests from around the country headed to Darlington on Monday 25th October for the opportunity to see the sensational William Curley. Throughout the demonstration, William impressed our guests by creating magnificient desserts using the exclusive Amedei chocolate. Wild Harvest's Kevin Troy revealed his skills as he took on the role of William's assistant for the day.

William Curley is the Ambassador for Amedei and uses the chocolate for all of his creations. He has been awarded the title of Best British Chocolatier three times (in 2007, 2008 & 2009), by the Academy of Chocolate.
