Sosa Demonstration Success

Damp weather last week did not dampen enthusiasm for the Sosa demonstrations as we were joined by a large number of chefs.; Renowned patisserie chef Jordi Puigvert provided an excellent introduction to Sosa during the Monday sessions.  Jordi demonstrated the versatility of the Sosa range by using the products to create a variety of different dishes including stunning mango spheres and fascinating coffee caviar.

The Tuesday session covered more elaborate techniques for advanced users of the Sosa products.; Our guests watched with interest as Jordi made fabulous creations such as mozzarella foam and hot spinach jelly cubes.
